Jonathan Massing BSc Econ (Hons) FCA CF MRICS

Following a degree in economics Jonathan qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse. He subsequently spent nine years as an investment banker in the City, specialising in general corporate finance.
In 1993 he co-founded Kingswood, a City-based advisory firm specialising in corporate finance and other professional services for private entrepreneurial businesses and smaller companies. In addition to the role as Managing Partner, his specialist areas of expertise include: commercial corporate finance advice; buyouts; venture capital; advising on shareholder disputes; the valuation of private businesses; and acting a s a financial expert. He also has extensive experience in the sale and acquisition of private companies and advising on the structure of debt and working capital facilities. As an accredited mediator, Jonathan has a specific interest in the resolution of business and commercial disputes.
He has a number of outside non-executive appointments, working with senior executives to identify and implement strategic objectives. This includes roles as a quasi finance director for several clients and investee businesses and acting as Board Member of The Isledon Partnership which undertakes community related projects in the Public Sector.
In 1998 he founded Kingswood Investment Partners ("KIP") as an independent private equity investor, where he now acts as Chairman. KIP also acts as General Partner to a substantial investment fund (Kingswood Property Investors) which has undertaken a number of diverse investments in property; financial services; information technology; distribution and mail order business.
Jonathan is an active member of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the ICAEW, where he holds the prestigious Corporate Finance Diploma entitling him to use the designation "CF".
In 2010 he was admitted as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Jonathan's leisure interests include his family, golf, skiing, sailing and watching Arsenal.
Howard Moss BCom FCA
Howard graduated with a commerce degree and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross. The following years have been spent advising predominantly owner-managed businesses as well as being responsible for their accounting and tax compliance requirements.
In 1993 he co-founded Kingswood and in addition to his compliance role is actively involved with litigation support, especially relating to divorce; forensic accounting; the valuation of private companies and corporate development.
Howard is actively involved in the local business community being a former President of the Islington Chamber of Commerce, acting as Treasurer to a local charity as well as being a Trustee to a national major leisure organisation.
Howard also writes and lectures on business development and tax.
In his spare time he plays tennis and golf, enjoys traveling with his family and also watches Arsenal.
