Josh Bearn

Josh is a Director in our accounts team in South Yorkshire, leading strategic accountancy services for a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors. Known for his approachable leadership style and industry expertise, Josh brings extensive experience helping organisations navigate complex financial landscapes with clarity and confidence. As a graduate of the University of Sheffield in 2009 and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Josh combines technical expertise with a pragmatic, results-driven approach.

Josh has particular experience working with charities, agricultural businesses, and owner-managed enterprises, and is well regarded for his practical, hands-on advice. Whether he’s advising a growing business or helping a rural client plan for the future, Josh is committed to building lasting relationships and offering tailored, down-to-earth guidance. Often found with a copy of Farmers Weekly in hand, he brings genuine enthusiasm and sector insight to his work with farming clients.

Outside the office, Josh is an avid mountaineer and enjoys a wide range of sports, including football, cricket, and rugby. He also loves getting outdoors with his dog to explore the countryside.
