Lakshmi J Patel

Lakshmi is a Manager at Kingswood, based in the firm’s London office. Alongside managing a diverse client portfolio across sectors including stock broking, investment management, sports branding, recruitment, property and construction services, Lakshmi manages and assists the firm’s individual clients with their personal tax affairs.

Since joining Kingswood in 2015, Lakshmi’s experience has grown exponentially and she has gained invaluable experience in financial reporting, corporate and personal tax as well as bookkeeping and VAT. By delivering a reliable, detail-oriented service, pro-actively ensures that every client receives consistent support tailored to their specific needs, which not only adds value but enables growth and continuous improvement.

After graduating from Oxford Brookes University, Lakshmi went onto completing a post-graduate degree in Secondary Teaching Mathematics, after which she chose to pursue a career in accountancy, specifically in a role where she could obtain exposure to a variety of compliance services. The post-graduate degree allowed Lakshmi to curate and enhance a range of skills, most of which she utilises in her professional role.

Outside of her life in accountancy, Lakshmi is a keen traveller and often swaps the office environment for exploring a new city/island. A backpacking trip across Southeast Asia ten years ago definitely instilled within her the ‘travel bug’ and she continues to enjoy travelling with her nearest and dearest.
