Lucy Graham

Lucy is a Director based in the firm’s London office. With more than 20 years of experience, she brings deep expertise and a personalised approach to her role, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and their shareholders through every stage of their business lifecycle.

Lucy is ACA qualified and began her career with time spent working in audit followed by personal tax. This broad foundation has proven invaluable as she transitioned into advisory work, where she can draw on her technical knowledge to provide well-rounded guidance to her clients. Lucy’s role encompasses a range of advisory services for individuals and SMEs, including company set-up and structuring, fundraising support, employee incentives, buy-side and sell-side due diligence, and succession planning. Her ability to understand each client’s unique circumstances and objectives allows her to deliver bespoke solutions that address both immediate needs and long-term strategic goals. Known for her ability to communicate complex issues clearly, Lucy builds lasting relationships with clients who value her practical and accessible advice.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as staying active with walks and runs in the Kent countryside alongside her dog.
