Mark Garrison (Director – Corporate Services)

Mark focuses on director-led services to both corporate and non-corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic advice and solutions on taxation and wider business matters. He provides a hands-on, practical approach, building relationships through regular and clear communication. He works with clients across a number of sectors, primarily with owner-managed businesses, but also has specialisms in charities, academies and professional practices, including lawyers, barristers, estate agents and surveyors. Mark has the  ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting and served as a trustee of a multi-academy trust for over eight years, chairing it’s finance committee. He also heads our dedicated audit and assurance team and is responsible for signing off the majority of our client audit reports.

Mark has worked at the firm throughout his career,  joining as a graduate from Birmingham University in 1985 and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1988. Away from the office, Mark enjoys regular city breaks, walking, and spending time with family and friends. He is also a long-suffering fan of Rotherham United.
