Olivia Broadhead

Olivia specialises in management accounts and delivering a fully outsourced finance function tailored to each client’s needs. She covers all aspects of financial operations—from bookkeeping and reporting through to year-end statutory accounts and personal tax compliance.

Since starting her career in 2012 in Leeds, Olivia has built deep expertise in cloud accounting and financial software. She advises clients on system setup, optimisation and integration, ensuring their finance processes are efficient, scalable and fit for purpose. She has hands-on experience with a wide range of platforms including Xero, QuickBooks, Dext, and other cloud-based tools, and regularly helps businesses transition to digital finance systems.

Olivia is ACA qualified and works closely with clients to ensure their finance function adds value and supports long-term growth.

Outside work, Olivia enjoys cooking, planning her next home project, and spending time with her family, generally chasing after her two daughters and crazy cocker spaniel.
