We represented a privately owned investment fund to provide growth funding to a contract packing and e-commerce business based in Northamptonshire. We managed several sub-transactions including:
- Negotiating and acquiring 20% of the business from two minority shareholders
- Negotiating a new working capital financing facility
- Identifying, negotiation and acquiring a warehouse facility in the UK
- Negotiating and agreeing lease terms
We currently manage this investment on behalf of the investment fund.
