Kingswood can trace it’s origins back some 50 years. In 1993 we moved into the City of London, forming Kingswood Corporate Finance, an independent advisory firm, to work with and support entrepreneurs and growth businesses in the SME sector.

Having grown our corporate finance business and having successfully completed a series of successful transactions, we formed Kingswood Investment Partners to provide equity and loan capital to private companies and to support the expansion or restructuring of ambitious companies in the SME sector.
As investors we have the necessary skills and experience to support the expansion or restructuring of your business, to strengthen existing management as necessary, and to devise and execute transactions which enhance shareholder value.
