The Directors of Trams Limited are pleased to announce the acquisition of Rapid Group Ltd. The acquisition will expand Trams’ technical services division, making it one of the largest of its kind in the UK with an extremely diverse list of capabilities.
The division provides everything from additional product specialisations, facilities management, contractual support, server install, infrastructure specifying, cross-platform Active Directory implementation, to very fast ad-hoc and break fix repairs.
Three of the current Rapid Directors will be joining the Trams senior management team. Chris McGregor, Mike Saunders and Paul Hopkins will bring their experience and skills to the newly-enlarged company. Patrick Gleeson will stay for a six month handover period before moving on to new horizons.
